JAM Freestyle/ Greco

Freestyle and Greco Wrestling is an international form of wrestling, one of three styles instructed at JAM. This form of wrestling develops attacks to clean finishes as well as more explosive throwing positions.

JAM is partnered with LEW to offer training opportunities twice a week for the boys and girls athletes.
